"Bring your hiking boots" or a "GPS system" urge surveyors about this "almost too big" "mini-city" with "wonderful public facilities", "wel-maintained" meeting spaces, a "plethora of activities" (like "boat rides") and "indoor atriums" that are a "marvel"; service ranges from "impeccable" to "indifferent", rooms are "no big deal", dining is "pricey" and some report feeling like they're "part of The Truman Show", but most insist the "domed utopia" is "fabulous" "for both work and play."

All inclusive, we did not have to leave the hotel if we did not want to.
There were additional fees not mentioned until check out date.

The hotel is very nice. The pools had very murky water, it was a holiday weekend with alot of use though. The hotel has fees that were not mentioned until time of checkout. Parking fees ($18 for self park per day) and convenience fees of $15 per day. ...read more

Hotel is amazing especially the inside garden area.
It is too busy to check in. It takes almost 1.5 hour.

The public spaces, inside and out, are absolutely beautiful - especially at the Christmas season!

This is a destination hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops as well as the most beautiful tropical gardens. Everyone we saw taking a picture of the shear beauty of the interior atrium, the river that runs through the hotel with a boatload of people, the waterfalls or the spectacular winter decorations. I have been there twice and really want to go back again. ...read more

I liked the interior of the hotel.
I didn't like that other people had access to our room when we were there.

The staff was more than friendly at the hotel. The check-in/check-out line was packed. Two different times people had keys that worked for our room when we were in there and the front desk said there was nothing that they could do about it. We got our room double booked twice! ...read more

Daughter liked the Christmas lights.
Way overpriced.

I enjoy staying at nice hotels and don't mind paying for them, but this hotel, and everything about it, was over-priced. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else in Nashville. If you're interested in seeing the decorations, or a show, then stay somewhere else and drive or take a cab. ...read more

Beautiful.

Like Disney on crack. One giant bubble engulfing several hotels with the middle mall area filled with waterfalls, gardens, fountains and plenty of shops for food and shopping. There is a river inside the mall area with boat rides. ...read more
