The hotel is very nice. The pools had very murky water, it was a holiday weekend with alot of use though. The hotel has fees that were not mentioned until time of checkout. Parking fees ($18 for self park per day) and convenience fees of $15 per day. ...read more

This is a destination hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops as well as the most beautiful tropical gardens. Everyone we saw taking a picture of the shear beauty of the interior atrium, the river that runs through the hotel with a boatload of people, the waterfalls or the spectacular winter decorations. The staff was more than friendly at the hotel. The check-in/check-out line was packed. Two different times people had keys that worked for our room when we were in there and the front desk said there was nothing that they could do about it. We got our room double booked twice! ...read more

I enjoy staying at nice hotels and don't mind paying for them, but this hotel, and everything about it, was over-priced. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else in Nashville. Like Disney on crack. One giant bubble engulfing several hotels with the middle mall area filled with waterfalls, gardens, fountains and plenty of shops for food and shopping. There is a river inside the mall area with boat rides. ...read more
